I've been feeling headachey in the afternoons for the past week. I think I've been dehydrated because of the recent heat wave. I'm making a more conscientious effort to get 64 ounces of water per day. I think I've also been getting headaches because I've been waking up around 11 a.m. When I start working at the new job I'll have to be there by 8 a.m., so I better practice waking up at 6:30 a.m. so I can leave the apartment by 7 a.m. and still have time to pick up coffee etc. Even with no traffic it'll still take me about 25 minutes to get up to Novato.

I went to Goodwill today. They wouldn't take the speaker stands, so I'm stuck with those, but they did take the shirt/pant stand and the sheet music stand. Then I went to Safeway to pick up some foil. Instead, I ended up picking up some orange juice, beer, and ice cream, but forgot to buy foil. Ugh. I hate it when I go to the grocery store to get something and I end up forgetting to buy what I originally came into the store for. Maybe I should bring a shopping list next time. Afterwards, I stopped by Peet's to pick up my daily caffeine fix. They were giving away free Berry/Pomegranate Freddo so I tried it out. It was decent tasting but then I got a nasty brainfreeze from drinking it too quickly. Ugggg.
