I woke up at 9 a.m. today. That's the earliest I've woken up in the last three weeks. It's gonna suck next week when I have to wake up at 6:00 a.m. or 6:30 a.m. at the latest, to make it to work. Heh. Maybe I can just skip coffee and go straight to work to save myself a bit of time. I figure it'll take 30 minutes to drive to Novato even in the morning. When I set my alarm to wake up, I don't get out of bed immediately. I usually spend 15-20 minutes just rolling around exhausted. Then I need time to actually get ready.
It's currently 98.2 degrees in Corte Madera, and it's 7:00 p.m. at night. I can't study right now, though I know that I need to do my PHP class homework, and study Javascript/XSLT/ASP.NET/VB.NET for work.
I've lost approximately four pounds using Wii fit, 30 minutes a day, for a total of nine days spread out over the last eighteen days. This is without making major changes to my diet. I should cut back on the number of beers/Dove bars that I consume, though. Ideally I'd like to lose 10 pounds by my birthday (September 9th) but that might be overly optimistic. I need to eat more fruit and vegetables too.
